Notes:

AROMA Stone fruit, a bit floral, citrus, undertones of malt, a little sweetness APPEARANCE Cloudy and unfiltered golden color, nice head on initial pour low head retention, thin layer of head stays on beer FLAVOR Light to medium bodied, carbonation present tiny bubbles, mildly creamy, cereal notes on the finish, a bit of spice + pepper on the finish, no warmth MOUTHFEEL Nice bitterness, nice acidity, smooth alcohol, very juicy with lingering bitterness, alcohol is balanced well OVERALL Very nice single hopped IPA. Will continue to experiment with hops and gravity / ABV, but the grist is solid. Potential dial back bitterness from 59 to 55 IBUs.
