All Grain Double IPA homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Caramel/Crystal 60 - US, Carapils - Dextrine Malt - US, Table Sugar - Sucrose - US, Falconer's Flight Hops, Mosaic Hops, Amarillo Hops, Wyeast American Ale 1056 Homebrew Yeast, Irish Moss, Gypsum.

Notes:
Excellent aroma, nice mouthfeel, can't pick out the amarillo but the mosaic, falconers flight combo works great.
Notes:
Hydrometer sample: Great Aroma, no difference in taste between glass carboy and Spiedel plastic fermenter
Notes:
Hydrometer Sample: Little dry, minor alcohol sting on back end. Needs the dry hop to help with aroma. 1/2 fermented in glass carboy other 50% in plastic Spiedel, no distinguishable difference.
