Has a very clean citrusy smell, and taste. Very strong nutty after taste..... Its actually pretty good!!
Notes:
Didn't mash out @170* for 10 minutes. Missed projected OG of 1.064, and ended up with 1.054. Just racked from secondary into a keg. FG was 1.012 for a final Abv of 5.51%. I'm not totally disappointed! The taste flat was excellent. I would say it's more of a pale ale than an IPA. I'll definitely do the recipe again, but dry hop with a full ounce of amarillo, and cascade. It's carbonating at the moment, so I'll check back in to give an update!
