Notes:

Fantastic bittering from Polaris and Bravo Hops (90 IBU). Mongrove Jack's yeast does not invade the various aromas nor the taste, letting the hops do the job. At first the aroma brings memories of the smell of forest spring flowers after a cold rain. The combination of Polaris-Bravo with Lemondrop gives a fruity and refreshing bouquet to the beer which lasts longer in the back of the tongue and increases progressively in the mouth after swallowing. If bitter and hoppy beers are not your favorite, than this is definitely not a beer for you.
