I was missing 1oz of Tettnang hops when I brewed this. I added 1lb of honey instead of the .5lb that it called for. Also, my stove died shortly after adding hops at the 30 min mark. So it steeped for 60mins @ 150 then boiled for 30-35mins instead of 60. OG 1.050 FG 1.010. Primary for 18 days @ 70F. Bottle condition for 2 weeks.

Special Instructions

1.
steep grains @ 150F for 60mins. Discard grain bag afterwards.
2.
Raise to boil. Then remove from heat.
3.
Add honey, DME, LME. Stir vigorously.
4.
Bring to boil again.
5.
Add Fuggles at beginning of boil.
6.
Add tettnag at 30 mins.
7.
Remove from heat and chill to 70F.
8.
Pitch yeast and rack to primary.
