1.Heat 2.5 Gallons to 170F
2.Mash Grains in 2.5 Gallons @150-160F for 15 Minutes
3.Add 2 gallons Water
4.Bring Wort to boil
5.Turn off heat add LME- Return to Boil
6.Add Willamette Bittering Hop
7.Add 1oz Amarillo Flavor Hop ar 45 Minutes
8.Insert Wort Chiller At 45
9.Add 1oz Amarillo Aroma Hops at 60 minutes (Flame Out)
10.Chill to bellow 80F
11.Top Off in Fermenter to 5 Gallons
12.Record OG
13.Arate and add yeast
14.Ferment at 70-75F for 3-4 Weeks
15.Prepair Priming Sugar and Bottle
16.Condition 14 Days
