OG was 1.072 and FG ended up being 1.022. Original recipe called for 1 lb of cane sugar which I substituted Light DME.
11/29/2015 6:06:21 PMSlight fruity aroma, very nice hop flavor up front and malty on the back end.
11/29/2015 6:07:24 PMKiller brew... had me guessing on the hops, thought it was citra and centennial with some mystery... Definitely brew this again.
12/6/2015 12:22:42 PMFirst time I had a brew with such weight of hop at the end... didn't taste like you'd think, has me rethinking writing recipes.
