Notes:

Nice clean taste, very clear dark toasty beer. Ended up with a little over 5 gallons in bottle bucket, primed to 2.1 CO2. Capped 52 12 ounce bottles and 1 bomber. I will let it sit for 2 weeks and test.

Notes:

Pulled a sample, with brew belt I have kept the fermenter at 71*F after initial fermentation slowed down as it dropped to 62* quick. Nice dark clear beer, measured 1.020 on both the Hydrometer and Refractometer(after using correction scale), which puts me currently at 6.49% ABV, has a nice roasted chocolate flavor starting, with a little bit of alcohol burn on the front side, very clean malty finish. I will leave in primary for a few more days and possibly bottle right at 2 weeks, no yeasty flavors that I can tell.
