Special Instructions

Mash with 12.5q of water @ 132F (122F) for 30 minutes

Add 11q of water @ 188F (150F) for 30 minutes
3.
Mashout @ 170F to achieve 6.5 gallons of wort
4.
Boil for 90 minutes, adding hops, syrup (15 minutes), Irish moss, and nutrients
5.
Chill to 64F, pitch yeast, ferment @ 68F for 4 weeks in primary
6.
Cold crash and lager for 3 weeks in @ 32-40F
