Special Instructions

1.
Mashin 2 gal at 150deg for 60min. 1/2gal of absorption
2.
Sparge with 2 gallons of water at 170deg
3.
Bring 3.5gal to a boil for 60min. Add Irish moss
4.
Add hops in 30 into boil
5.
Add yeast nutrient. Honey. And lemon zest into last 5min of boil
6.
Cool quickly and racking into Carboy.
7.
After 1 week in primary rack to secondary for 2 weeks
