Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 3 pounds of Hemp Seeds to room temp.
2.
Spread out onto 2 cookie sheets about 1 inch thick.
3.
Roast in oven for 3 minutes at 420 degrees.
4.
Mill with the rest of your grains.
5.
Mash for 60 at 158, 10 at 168.
6.
3 weeks in primary. ( Dry Hop after the initial week of fermentation )
7.
Keg and enjoy.

    Very tasty brew! I figured you'd need 1# of rice hulls to filter the oats. Good to know you can get by with less.
    I might try this with Columbus, but since you do such a fine job with this recipe I think I'll leave it to you.
