Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash at 144 for 20-30 minutes, then raise to 154 for 70 minutes

Pitch yeast at 20C

Allow fermentation to proceed until bubbling from the airlock slows to ~1 per minute.

Transfer to carboy, and save some yeast from the in a sanitized mason jar for bottling.
5.
Add dry hops (1oz Amarillo), lager at 2-4C for 3 weeks.
6.
Bottling: add 1 cup dextrose and residual yeast saved prior to fermentation before bottling
