Notes:

After 8 months it has a really nice mellow sweetness. I need to brew this again!

Notes:

It has developed a mild vanilla aroma with a few months on it. Drinking nicely!

Notes:

In primary for longer than expected, but it cleaned up really nicely with the extra time. Very smooth and balanced. Not overly sweet, but a good malt base with the Scottish yeast flavor coming through nicely. This one is a winner.
