Left sample out to look at particulate drop. We shall see...taste is good though, very grapefruity!

Notes:

First taste, wort bitter from hops and oranges (dry hop) BUT has taste I was looking for...hop sediment present as I did NOT use hop bag in Boil - what? was I thinking? Biggest issue with cone hops especially is how much sediment they leave, so i HAVE to use hop bag from now on. Also, well under FG: I put 2 yeasts in this one - lager yeast (was likely weak as I was 2 days late in making beer, so yeast was on down slide) and IPA yeast (added 24++ hours after racking and NO yeast activity present from lager yeast)...
