Yeast nutrient added to 2L starter AND @ 5 mins in boil.Added maple syrup at flame on. Used wort to swirl in glass to get remaining sugar.Added molasses w/ wort to swirl around glass to prevent scorching.Added 10oz maple syrup at around 200 degrees to bump up OG.Aerated w/ pure O2 for 90 seconds.Took gravity reading on 1/16/16 - 1.018Transferred to secondary on 1/16/16
