Newly available Mosaic hops used to make a single hopped IPA early spring 2013. No dry hopping on the Spring'13 batch, but am going to put 2oz in the secondary this time.

Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 152F for 60 Minutes, Vorlauf, and lauter
2.
Batch sparge mash at 168F for 20 Minutes, Vorlauf, and lauter
3.
Boil for 60 minutes adding hops per schedule
4.
Cool to 75F and strain to fermenter, aerate, and pitch yeast
5.
Dry hop 2 oz Mosaic for 4 days
6.
Transfer to keg, add CO2 and relief, then cold crash 3 days
7.
Apply CO2 and serve when to taste.
