Put into room at 72F ambient

Sept 15/15 Noon: Boiled 11oz Light DME in 1 Gallon for 12 minutes

Chilled to 70-75F, Pitched Bring On Da Funk into 3750ml of 1.035 starter
6.
Put into room at 72F ambient
7.
Strike with 5 gallons at 168.5F, 1.78qt/lb
8.
Mash at 159 for 60 minutes
9.
Sparge with 4.4 gallons
