1.Place 5 Gallons of Purified water into your kettle pot and bring up to 155 degrees
2.Place Carmel/Crystal 60 Grains into a muslim boiling bag. Place the muslin bag into the kettle pot and let it stepp for 40min.
3.After steeping remove muslin bag and give it a gentle squueze.
4.Crank the heat up and bring the kettle to a boil and then remove from heat.
5.With the kettle removed from the burner add the 2 Liquid Extracts. Make sure that you stir until it is fully dissolved. Then return the kettle to the burner.
6.Bring the kettle back to a boil. As soon as you see a boiling bubble add the 1 oz Challenger Hops. Boil for 60min.
7.After 30 minutes add the .50oz of Columbus Hops.
8.Boil for 10minutes and then add the 1oz Mt. Hood and let boil for the last 20 min.
