Special Instructions

  1. Mash two hours or one hour?
  2. 3-4 lbs crabapples in secondary.
  3. One package mixed lambic culture in secondary.
  4. Allow to age on fruit for two months, then rack, allow to clear (which may take a month or two), and bottle. Lambic character will continue to increase with time.
