Intended to be a low hop, sweeter beer using Muntons American Style Light Pre-hopped LME. No additional hops added. 11/17/2013: tastes best around 45 deg. I plan to make this cat again!

Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2 gal water to 180 deg F. Add LME.
2.
Bring to boil. Start 30 min clock.
3.
At 10 min into boil, add DME.
4.
At 15 min into boil, add Irish Moss, Malto-dextrin.
5.
At 20 min into boil, add yeast nutrient, Honey, Corn Syrup.
6.
End boil at 30 mins.
7.
Cool to below 80 deg, Check & record O.G. ________________
8.
Add yeast.
9.
Ferment at 68 - 72 deg for 1 week.
10.
After 1 week, rack to carboy, check & record S.G. ____________
11.
After 2 weeks in secondary, check & record S.G. ______________
12.
Bottle using 5 oz (3/4 cup) corn sugar.
13.
Ready to drink after 2 weeks.
