Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at 155F for 60 minutes. Remove brew kettel from heat source.
2.
Add 10lbs light malt extract, 1oz Magnum hops. Bring to boil.
3.
With 30 minutes left in boil add 2oz Cascade hops.
4.
With 15 minutes left in boil, add 1 tsp crushed coriander seed.
5.
With 5 minutes left in boil, add 1oz Goldings hops.
6.
Reduce temp to 85F, pitch yeast, cover and ferment in primary for ten days.
7.
Rack to secondary fermenter for seven days. Keg or bottle as desired.
