Notes:
First tasted when beer was "green," (only 4 days in the bottle.) Flavor was definitely hop-forward, and dominated by the flavor of the columbus, (earthy, dank.) After it finished bottle conditioning the flavor and aroma profile was definitely grapefruit, while the dank flavor receded considerably. Very little malt character comes through. Good staple beer!
