Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at 155F for 60 minutes. Remove brew kettel from heat source.
2.
Add 6lbs light malt extract, 1oz Magnum hops, 1 tsp crushed coriander seed. Bring to boil.
3.
With 45 minutes left in boil add 1oz Cascade hops.
4.
With 30 minutes left in boil, remove from heat source, add 3lbs light malt extract and 1 tsp crushed coriander seed, return to boil.
5.
With 5 minutes left in boil, add 1oz Goldings hops.
6.
Reduce temp to 85F, pitch yeast, cover and ferment in primary for ten days.
7.
Rack to secondary fermenter for seven days. Keg or bottle as desired.
