Planning on brewing this on 12/1/2012. I started this recipe off of some clone recipes for Stone's Arrogant Bastard. It will be fun to compare. I will be kegging after 4 weeks in the fermenter and then 1-2 weeks for carbonation to kick in. I should be tasting by 1/12/2013... that's a long time to wait :(

Here are my tasting notes from my Brew Session:

    Appearance:Clear and clean, red amber
    Aroma:Malty, caramel
Taste:Malty caramel goodness with a great balance
    Mouthfeel:Good
Overall Impression:I really like this, I would definitely brew it again, I don't think I would change anything.

If I remember it was quite a bit less bitter than Stone's Arrogant Bastard, I believe I moved some of the hops later in the boil as this recipes shows.
