Notes:
Rich Chocolate flavor and aroma even without using the adjuncts. Smooth creamy full bodied mouthfeel, although I would have liked it to be a touch more viscous. Might add flaked oats next time. OG was higher than anticipated and ABV came in at 11%. I was hoping for a little more Belgian character, but the yeast seems to have accentuated the dark fruit and chocolate notes of the grains very nicely nevertheless.
