Special Instructions

1 gal yeast starter.

Pull 1st decoction immediately. Heat thick mash to 158 and allow to mash for 20 min before bringing to boil.

2nd after 20 min at 148F. Boil 10 min or to taste.

Pull thin mash decoction for mashout before recirculation.
