"Our attempt at something close to Alaskan Smoked Porter. The Rauch Malt we use is somewhat earthy and wonderful with the mix of Crystal and Black Patent Malts. A unique and flavorful experience." Description and recipe by The Brewmeister homebrew store in Sacramento. shopbrewmeister.com

Tasting Notes (1)

Thor

Tasted on 11/21/2015 by Thor

Notes:

Initial taste of flat beer is a little of vinegar. This mellows out to a nice finish. As is, it is drinkable (I have had a couple pints) but nothing to brag about. I am hopeful that after carbonation, it will be even better.
