Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash-in @ 154F with 5.75 gals of water @ 167F, stir for 2 minutes
2.
Cover mash for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes
3.
Mash-out and sparge with 4.25 gals of water @ 185, should have 7 to 7.5 gals of wort
4.
After 90 minutes remove from heat and chill to 60F
5.
Transfer to carboy and take gravity reading
6.
Ferment at 60F to 65F for 3 weeks. Transfer to secondary for 3 to 6 weeks
