Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 150-152F for 60min.
2.
Batch sparge once.
3.
Hop stand for 30min 20g of Galaxy and 20g of Amarillo.
4.
Add Northwest ale 1332 yeast to one fermenter.
5.
Add American ale 1056 yeast to the other fermenter.
6.
Dry hop one fermenter with 25g of Galaxy after primary is done for 4 days.
7.
Dry hop the other one with 25g of Amarillo after primary is done for 4 days.
