Special Instructions

1.
Steep flaked wheat in 3 gal. of water at 155F for 45 minutes
2.
Remove flaked wheat and bring wort to a boil
3.
Add Wheat DME and Columbus hops
4.
At the 45 minute mark remove the columbus hops
5.
With 10 minutes left add the Liberty hops
6.
at end of boil, cool the wort to 75F.
7.
Transfer to ferment bucket and add enough cold water to make 5 gallons
8.
Add yeast and shake bucket.
9.
Wait two weeks and bottle (for extra clarity, transfer to secondary for a week)
