Only been about 20 days since bottling this baby, but it has carbonated enough to be pretty drinkable. Poured into a 16oz snifter style beer glass. Much observable hot break material suspended in the beer. Carbonation is still rather low, but has a smooth mouthfeel, with very little body. Not much malty background from the grains. I thought the Maris Otter would be very bread/biscuity like upon tasting from the primary, but is not at all. No evidence of tangerine peel. Kinda floral-y, not as crisp as I was hoping for (should have thrown those hops in a bit sooner.) Very soft, not very sweet. . . not bad but nothing exceptional. Well see where this goes.
