Special Instructions

1.
Steep 1lb grains at 155-170 for 20 minutes
2.
Bring to boil, take off burner and add 2/3 LME, all DME, bring to boil again and add bittering hops.
3.
Add rest of LME and 1oz hops at 15-20 min left in boil
4.
Add brown sugar at 5-10 min left in boil
5.
Add 1oz hops at flame out
6.
Chill wort, pour back and forth between kettle and fermenter to aerate
7.
Mix with 2.5 gallon cold distilled/spring water to hit 5.15 gallons
8.
Pitch rehydrated S-04, seal, airlock
