Notes:
I brewed this IPA using some ingredients from Belgian ale kit. And needless to say, it tasted like a lot like a Belgian ale initially. But after it conditioned, it tasted something between stout and a strong Belgian ale. It was definitely different, but great to drink if like different. But like all my good ales, I'm almost of it.
