All Grain Baltic Porter homebrew recipe. Special Instructions

1.
split batch into 2x2.5 gallons in secondary.
2.
1st half gets 6.5oz. PB2 powder. 2nd half gets 6.5oz PB2 and 2 oz. cocoa nibs.
3.
Only allow beer to sit on cocoa nibs for 1 week.
4.
Split LorAnn Peanut Oil into 2 equal parts and place into keg.
5.
Rack beer onto LorAnn Peanut Butter Oil in the individual kegs.

Notes:

Not bad. I soaked the cocoa nibs in enough vodka to just barely cover them. I dumped the vodka and cocoa nibs into secondary and the vodka is apparent in the beer. I would make the batch again without soaking them. I would also need to in crease the amount of cocoa nibs since they can not be tasted in the beer. The batch without the cocoa nibs is actually pretty good. I would decrease the alcohol content and maybe get rid of the peanut oil and increase the PB2 but not significantly.
