3.75 gallons to 165 degrees and add to mash tun
4.
Hold mash at 155 degrees for 90 minutes
5.
Heat another 4.5 gallons to 165 degrees
6.
Vorlof a couple times and collect first runnings
7.
Add sparge water and let set for 2 minutes
8.
Boil wort for 1 hour and add fermcap and 1st hop schedule
9.
15 minutes left add 2nd hop schedule
10.
10 minutes left add irish moss
11.
Lager at 36 degrees for 3-6 weeks
