Special Instructions

  1. Add campden tablet in boiling kettle
  2. Add 2.5g of Calcium Chloride to mash water
  3. Add 4g of Calcium Sulfate to mash water
  4. Steep roasted barley 30min at 166F
  5. Add irish moss 15min before end of boil
  6. Add Epsom salt 0.8g to mash water.
  7. Add Baking Soda 3g to mash water.
  8. Add Table Salt 0.5g to mash water.
