L3 = Lemon Lime Lager. Idea is to get a hoppy, lemony flavor from the Sorachi Ace with a fresh lime bite on a mildly sweet lager base.

I wanted to add lime to the secondary, but after reading conflicting reports about adding fruit, I decided to just try it without any fruit additions. The beer is excellent without any fruit juice - bright, hoppy, lemony, and light-bodied - though add a squeeze of lime into the glass and it is nearly perfect.
