Special Instructions

1.
Mash the grains in 1.25 gallons of water for 60 min at a mash temperature of 150. The water must initially be 156.40 F for the strike temperature.
2.
Batch sparge the grains with 1.6 gallons of water at 168 for 10 minutes
3.
Boil the wort and add hops as indicated in the schedual
4.
Do a primary fermentation for 7 days
5.
Do a secondary fermentation for 7 more days with addition of dry hops
