This is my first time brewing a 5 gal batch of all grain so forgive me if any of this sounds off. This is a little twist on an american pale ale. Adding the baked peaches and brown sugar gives this ale a real nice refreshing, somewhat sweet taste. Its brewed with English pale malt, biscuit malt, caramel 10, caramel 20 and some flaked oats.
