Couldn't get temp stable stuffed around trying to hit 64, for the last 30 min i hit it, same with my mash out couldn't get to 75 then went really high to about 85 , it was a bit of a shit fight, and did not hit my gravity 0f 1046 i only got 1033 had to add 500g of LME to raise it to 1040, so in a litre if water i added the LME, and I felt i needed to add more hops so i added 9g of mosiac for a hop stand for 10min, just wanted more flavour.not too confident on this one, i need a better method ...
