Special Instructions

  1. Bring 4 gallons water to a boil
  2. Add 3.3 Pilsen LME and DME for 60 minute boil
  3. Add 2 oz Magnum at 60 minutes left in boil
  4. Add 1 oz Saaz and Cascade, Belgian candied sugar and 6.6 lbs Pilsen at 15 minutes left in boil
  5. Add 1 oz of Saaz and Cascade at 5 minutes left in boil
  6. Add 1 oz sweet orange peel and cane sugar at 5 minutes left in boil
