clone of Session Citra - brew to about 7% then dilute to 5% to get full gallon after trub loss. Hops will probably be different given what I have now - 0.5 Columbus, 1 Cascade, 1 Centennial

Notes:

nice soft carbonation, some hops aroma definitely in fresh air. Very nice taste only teeny bit of that vegetal/plastic? taste. Definitely my best effort so far. I would pay for this one ;-) citrusy with decent sweet malt flavor
