Special Instructions

  1. Steep grain @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. Add DME and bring to boil
  3. Add 1 oz Fuggles with 60 minutes left in boil
  4. Add 1 oz Fuggles with 30 minutes left in boil
  5. Add 1 oz Hallterau with 15 minutes left in boil
  6. Shred apples and soak in apple vodka for 3 days
  7. Drain vodka and add apples to secondary
  8. Split and scrape vanilla beans
  9. Add cinnamon and vanilla to secondary
  10. Rack beer to secondary for two weeks
