This was my 1st big brew brew, so there was a huge learning curve here. I screwed up on a few things. I added Amarillo hops at beginning of boil instead of Magnum. Didn't realize that mistake until about 45 minutes in. Added the Magnum hops at 45 minutes into boil and continued to boil for another 45 minutes. Also had a problem with my timer so these are estimates on the boil times. I thought my timer started but didn't. Next time, use my ipad for music and my iphone for timer instead of trying ...
