All Grain homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Pale Ale - US, Munich - Light 10L - US, Crystal 40L - CA, Crystal 70L - UK, Black Malt - US, Simcoe Hops, Amarillo Hops, Cascade Hops, Wyeast American Ale 1056 Homebrew Yeast.
Initially very bitter and tannic when tasted at the three week mark with no hop aroma or presence. Had one bottle that had some very mild hop aroma and presence. Possibly got the sparge water too hot, but all in all drinkable smooth beer. Carbonation was excellent.
