Special Instructions

1.
Prepare water for low saccharification rest at 150 degrees for 60 minutes.
2.
Keep mash within 5 degrees of 150 degrees.
3.
Raise mash temperature to 168 degrees and mash-out for 10 minutes.
4.
Allow bag to drain and make first hop addition.
5.
Bring wort to boil.
6.
Make subsequent hop additions at 60, 30, 15, and 0 minutes.
7.
Add yeast nutrient with 10 minutes left in boil.
8.
When gravity reaches 1.015 transfer to secondary and dry hop for 7 days
9.
Dry hop again with 3 days left.
10.
Cold crash and bottle.
