Special Instructions

  1. Steep grains @ 150 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. Add 3.3 LME Light and DME Amber for 60 minute boil
  3. Add 2 oz Cascade Hops with 60 minutes left in boil
  4. Add 2 oz Cascade Hops with 30 minutes left in boil
  5. Add 9.9 lbs od LME Amber and 2 oz Williamette Hops with 15 minutes left in boil
  6. Add 1 oz of Willamette with 5 minutes left in boil
  7. Ferment for two weeks
  8. Rack to secondary and condition for 5 months
