Special Instructions

Protein rest at 123F

Raise temperature to 147F for 40 minutes

Raise temperature to 155F for 40 minutes
4.
Mash out at 170F for 15 minutes
5.
Sparge with 179F water to collect 4.5 gallons
6.
Follow hop schedule adding Irish Moss during the last 10 minutes
7.
Ferment at 68F. Bottle with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
