My first run at all grain brewing was this recipe ( as close as I can remember ) about a decade ago. I just recently decided to get back into it an thought Ide try to pick up near where I left off. Though I couldn't duplicate it exactly ( records were lost ) this is pretty close. Originally, I didn't use the Belgian Syrup or the Special Roast. I do remember using Molasses and a Chocolate Malt, though not how much. The hops are completely different , but I figured Ide try something new. These bring it pretty close to what it was originally in OG, ABV , color and IBU.
