-Cereal mashed corn. -1st time using SS Brewtech Infusion Mash tun. -Accidentally had a step infusion mash. 145 (Floating)/147 (Digital) for 15 min. Infused boiling water up to 154 (Floating)/156 (Digital) for 45 min.-Didn't boil off quite as much volume during 90 minutes as usual due to high humidity.-Pitched entire 2L starter @ 74F. Set temp on controller to 14.4C. Raised next day to 15C.
